I tried making couch grass tea at the weekend, it tasted… a bit grassy.
No obvious benefits, but then again no obvious ailments, so cant be too bad.
I’d drink it again, and its something to do with couch grass… lets be honest, just on my allotment alone, there’s enough for everyone to have a cup or two.
Actually, looking at the ailments it treats, I dont have any, so no wonder I didnt notice the benefits. However, if you have: Urinary tract infection; Kidney stones; Gout; Rheumatism or an enlarged prostate or prostatitis,
then you might be worth giving it a spin.
